LocalReach
More Google reviews, in your customers' own words.
One QR code at the table or the counter. The customer rates the visit, picks what stood out, edits a short draft and posts it on Google themselves.
Quoted in your 15-minute diagnosis, sized to what you need.

1Rate the visit

2Pick what stood out

3Edit and post on Google
What's included
- One QR code, no app
- It opens on any phone. Nothing to download, and the QR carries your name, colour and logo.
- Their words, their account
- The customer picks what they liked, such as a dish, the service or the area, gets a short draft, edits it and posts it from their own Google account.
- Every rating gets the same button
- A customer who rates the visit low sees the same Google review button, plus the option to message you privately. Nobody is filtered out.
- Built in English
- The flow is written for English-speaking customers today, and accepts a WhatsApp number from any country. Tell us in the diagnosis if your customers need another language.
- One screen for you
- Review count and rating over time, the last 7 and 30 days, and how long since the last review came in. An email alert for each new review.
- WhatsApp contacts, with consent
- Customers can leave their WhatsApp number and opt in to hear from you. Export the list whenever you like. A reply can also be drafted for every review, for you to approve and post. Ask about it in the diagnosis.

See Google AI AdsCommon questions
Are these fake reviews?
No. A real customer, on their own phone, posting from their own Google account. We never write the final review and never post on anyone's behalf.
Is it allowed by Google?
Yes. Asking customers for a review is fine. Writing fake ones, paying for them or keeping unhappy customers away from the review button is not. LocalReach does none of those.
What happens when a customer is unhappy?
They see the same Google review button as everyone else, with the option to send you a private note as well. We don't suggest any words to them: an unhappy customer writes their own.
Why doesn't the text appear in the Google box by itself?
Google doesn't let any tool pre-fill a review. The customer taps Copy, then Post on Google, and pastes. That is Google's rule, and tools that post automatically get reviews removed.
Will my ranking go up?
We don't promise rankings. What changes is that more customers leave reviews, in real sentences about what they liked, and you can see it on your dashboard.
How much is it?
Quoted in your 15-minute diagnosis, sized to your venue. It also comes inside every Ads Set.
