Most Dubai agencies do not publish a price, and the ones that do rarely publish the number you actually pay each month. So here is what 11 agencies say on their own sites about fees, ad spend, setup fees, minimum terms and who owns the account, how to add it up, and what to ask. We sell Google Ads too, so our own plan is in the table, with its downsides.
On 25 September 2026 we checked the websites of 15 agencies that come up for Google Ads searches in Dubai. None offered Google search ads at a monthly price with the ad spend included. Those that published prices charged the ad spend separately, on top of a management fee or a percentage.
Two notes on that. googleadsagencydubai.com (AED 999–1,999 a month) does not say whether its price includes the ad spend. Leads Dubai sells reach packages with the spend included, but for display and social, not search. The 11 agencies in the table below are the ones among the 15 whose pages gave us something concrete to compare.
A management fee on its own tells you what the agency earns, not what you pay. Two examples from the pages below: Leads Dubai's Google Ads Package is AED 2,500 a month, but it asks for at least AED 5,000 a month in ad spend, so the minimum monthly bill is AED 7,500. HavStrategy says it typically works with brands spending at least AED 10,000 a month in total.
The reverse also holds: a lower monthly bill is not the same amount of advertising. Our Ads Set is AED 3,500 a month with the ad spend inside, and the advertising in it is smaller than a separate AED 5,000 budget would buy. So compare three things: the bill, what you can see, and how long you are tied in.
An impression is one time an ad appears on someone's screen. If the same person sees it three times, that counts as three. It is how Google counts how often an ad is shown, whether or not anyone clicks.
Leads Dubai publishes how many Google impressions its one-month packages buy. Here are those figures next to ours.
Prices are for one month. Leads Dubai's impressions are what its package page states; ours are an estimate, not a guaranteed count. A banner impression and a Search impression are not the same: a Search ad is shown to someone who is already looking for what you sell. Smaller Ads Set sizes start from AED 3,500.

All figures are in UAE dirhams (AED) and were read on each agency's website on 25 September 2026. "Not stated" means we did not find it on the page linked below. "Says Google Partner / Premier Partner" is the agency's own claim, not checked against Google's directory. Ask every provider, including us, whether VAT is included. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we will correct the page and date the correction.
One monthly price with the ad spend included: from AED 3,500 a month, sized to how often the ad is shown and set in a 15-minute diagnosis, with the mirAIreach system included. No setup fee, no percentage, no separate bill from Google. Every month you get a report of impressions, clicks, calls, direction requests and bookings.
The downsides, stated plainly:
If you stop, your Google Business Profile and your reviews stay yours; the ad does not. Those, and the listings the system keeps up on other sites, are also part of what Google's AI reads when someone asks it for a business like yours.
Fits: owners who want one number that does not move and no one to manage, and who accept not seeing the account.

Google Ads Package (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube): AED 2,500 a month management fee, with a minimum ad budget of AED 5,000 a month that you pay directly to Google. Three-month term. The page says you keep full ownership of the ad account, and that creative design is quoted separately. Separately, it sells one-month reach packages with the ad spend included (AED 9,000 to 20,000), but those are for display and social, not Google search. Says it is a Google Partner (the page calls it "Google certified partner"; not checked against Google's directory).
Fits: owners who want the account in their own name and can commit a five-figure quarter.

One-time setup fee of AED 900 (Google Ads) or AED 1,300 (Advanced Ads), stated exclusive of tax, then a management fee of 20% of the total budget. The ad spend itself is paid to the platform. Minimum term not stated on the pricing page. Says it is a Google Partner (not checked against Google's directory).
Fits: small budgets, where a percentage of a small number stays small.

Its own pricing guide says Google or Meta ads management is typically AED 3,000–5,000 a month, that the ad spend is separate and paid by you to Google, and that it recommends from AED 3,000 a month in spend for most Dubai accounts. It also says, in so many words, that it does not bury the spend inside a blended package, which is a fair point against all-in pricing like ours. No Google Partner claim found on that page.
Fits: owners who want the fee and the spend on two separate lines.

AED 3,000 a month for one platform (Google Ads or Meta), AED 5,000 for both. An AED 1,500 onboarding fee is shown as waived. No contract: a monthly subscription you can cancel any time. You get full access to your ad accounts, and the ad budget goes directly to Google or Meta; it recommends from AED 3,000 a month in spend. Says it is a Google Partner (not checked against Google's directory).
Fits: owners who want no lock-in and full account access.

Its Google Ads page says agency management fees typically add AED 3,000–8,000 a month on top of media spend, and that it recommends a minimum test budget of AED 7,000 a month in ad spend. Its home page says it typically works with brands investing at least AED 10,000 a month in total (spend plus management), on rolling monthly agreements with 30 days' notice after an initial period. Focus is D2C and e-commerce. Says it is a Google Premier Partner (not checked against Google's directory).
Fits: e-commerce brands with a five-figure monthly budget.

Google Ads Professional Plan shown at AED 8,000, with a 12-month service commitment. The product page does not say whether that price is per month or per year, and does not say ad spend is included. Above AED 80,000 a month in spend, the fee becomes 10% of total media spend. Says it is a Google Partner (home page; not checked against Google's directory).
Fits: businesses ready for a year-long engagement. Ask what the AED 8,000 covers and for how long.

The packages describe management work; the page does not say ad spend is included, and we did not find a minimum term on it. Fits: small accounts that want a low, published management fee.

No rate card on its PPC page. Its FAQ there says monthly fees for search engine marketing usually range from AED 5,000 to 20,000+; that is its description of the market, not a quote. Says it is a Google Partner (not checked against Google's directory).
Fits: businesses that want PPC from a large multi-service agency.

e& sells website traffic as an add-on to its business internet: AED 1,220, AED 1,650 or AED 3,250 a month (excluding VAT) for 360, 500 or 1,000 guaranteed visitors a month, run across Google, Bing and Facebook. e& pays the ad spend, and there are no exit charges. You need e& business internet. It buys visits to your website rather than an agency working on your campaigns, which is a reasonable fit for a business that only wants traffic.

Ask us the same four. Our answers are on this page.
Nobody who sells Google Ads, including us, can rank the field neutrally, so this page does not. It depends on what you need: if you want the account in your own name and no lock-in, Grassroots and Gorilla Marketing say so in writing; if you want a low published management fee, AdsDigital and googleadsagencydubai.com publish plans under AED 2,500 a month; if you are an e-commerce brand with a five-figure budget, HavStrategy says that is who it works with; if you want one fixed monthly bill with the ad spend inside it, that is what our Ads Set is, with the downsides stated on this page. Compare them on the total monthly bill, account ownership, minimum term and setup fee.
Of the agencies on this page that publish prices (checked 25 September 2026), management fees run from AED 850 a month (AdsDigital's smallest plan) to AED 3,000–5,000 (V Patch, Grassroots), or a percentage: Prontosys charges 20% of the budget plus a setup fee. In most of them the ad spend is paid to Google on top; two do not say either way. Leads Dubai asks for AED 2,500 a month plus at least AED 5,000 in spend, so AED 7,500 a month at minimum; HavStrategy says it works with at least AED 10,000 a month in total.
Add the two: management fee plus ad spend, plus any percentage and any setup fee spread over the term. On 25 September 2026 we checked the websites of 15 agencies that come up for Google Ads searches in Dubai. None offered Google search ads at a monthly price with the ad spend included. Those that published prices charged the ad spend separately, on top of a management fee or a percentage. Our Ads Set is one monthly price with the ad spend included, from AED 3,500, but the amount of advertising inside it is smaller than a separate AED 5,000 budget would buy, and we do not itemise it.
Yes, outside the agencies we checked. The telecom operator e& sells Boost My Website as an add-on to its business internet: AED 1,220, AED 1,650 or AED 3,250 a month (excluding VAT) for 360, 500 or 1,000 guaranteed visitors, across Google, Bing and Facebook, with the ad spend included and no exit charges. It buys visits rather than an agency working on your account. Our Ads Set also includes the ad spend.
If owning the account and seeing every setting matters to you, choose a provider that puts it in your name: Leads Dubai, Grassroots and Gorilla Marketing say so on their pages. Our Ads Set does not. The campaign runs on our side, you do not see the settings or the spend line by line, and you get a monthly report of impressions, clicks, calls, direction requests and bookings. If you stop, your Google Business Profile and your reviews stay yours; the ad does not.
We look at what you pay for Google Ads today, all in, and show you the fixed-price version next to it. Ads Set from AED 3,500 a month. Private to you, no obligation.
