Flat fee, percent of spend or one all-in price? What each one pays your agency to recommend

Most Dubai agencies charge a share of what you spend. Some charge a flat fee on top of your ad spend. We sell one fixed monthly price with the ad spend inside it. The difference is not only the price. It is which advice makes your agency richer, and what you can see, and it is worth understanding before you ask anyone what your budget should be.

What percent of spend pays an agency to recommend

Under a percentage, your agency earns more when your budget rises, whether or not results rise with it. Nothing about that requires anyone to act badly. It only means that when you ask "should we spend more?", the person answering has a financial interest in one of the two answers.

It also means the arrangement is quietest exactly when it should be loudest. An agency on a percentage has no mechanical reason to tell you to cut a campaign, and telling you to cut it costs them money.

As an indication of the scale Dubai owners are asked to think in: Digital Gravity's own public intake form offers budget ranges from AED 5,000 to 100,000+, observed July 2026. That is what the form offers, not a rate card and not a quote given to us. AlCaz Media's published FAQ states agencies typically charge AED 20,000 to 100,000+ per month for full-service work, which is their characterisation of the market rather than a measured average.

The three arrangements side by side

A flat management fee fixes what the agency earns, but you still pay Google for every click, so your total moves with the market. An all-in price fixes the total: the clicks are inside it. Each one moves the incentive somewhere different.

We chose the all-in model because most owners we speak to want one number that does not move and no one to manage. That is why the price is set by roughly how often the ad is shown, sized in a 15-minute diagnosis, and why the report every month shows it. Minimum term: six months, for the ads and the system together. After that it renews; 30 days' written notice to stop. If the numbers don't move after that, you stop.

Where our all-in price is the worse deal for you

We would rather say this than have you find it later. An all-in price is not automatically the better arrangement, and there are cases where it is plainly not.

  • If you want to own the account and see every setting. With an Ads Set you do not get access to the settings, and we do not itemise the ad spend inside the price. If that matters to you, buy a model that gives it to you.
  • If you spend very little. On a small budget, a percentage or a small flat fee can be cheaper than AED 3,500 a month. The arithmetic is not complicated and you should do it.
  • If your account is unusually complex. Many markets, many languages, a large product feed: these take work that a fixed plan is not sized for.
  • If you want to decide the budget yourself each month. A fixed plan trades that control for a number that does not move.

If one of those describes you, another arrangement may genuinely serve you better, and we will say so.

Questions to ask any Dubai agency before signing

  • Is the price fixed, a share of what I spend, or a fee on top of my ad spend? What is the minimum term?
  • Whose name is on the Google Ads account, and what do I keep if we stop working together?
  • What exactly will I see every month, and what will I not see?
  • What will you tell me if the campaign should be cut, and what does telling me that cost you?
  • What exactly is included in the price, and what is billed separately?

Our own answers, in writing: an all-in fixed price with a six-month minimum for the ads and the system together, then 30 days' written notice to stop; the campaign runs on our side and stops when you stop, while your profile, reviews and listings stay yours; you see a monthly report, not the settings; if it should be cut we tell you, and you can stop after the six months; nothing is billed separately and there is no setup fee.

What no fee structure changes. Nobody can promise you a position, a number of clicks or a number of customers. Advertising is bought attention, not a guaranteed outcome. Any arrangement that comes with a guarantee attached is making a promise the platform itself does not make.

Frequently asked questions

Is a fixed price always cheaper than percent of spend?

No. On a small budget a percentage can cost less than any fixed price, and you should do that arithmetic before deciding. The Ads Set starts from AED 3,500 a month with the ad spend and the mirAIreach system included, so compare it with your current spend plus your current fee.

What is the usual agency fee in Dubai?

There is no single published market rate. As an indication of the range owners are asked to consider: Digital Gravity's own public intake form offers budget ranges from AED 5,000 to 100,000+ (observed July 2026), and AlCaz Media's published FAQ characterises full-service agency work at AED 20,000 to 100,000+ per month. Both are their own published statements rather than measured market averages.

Why does the fee structure matter if the agency is good?

Because it decides which advice is expensive for them to give. Under a percentage, telling you to cut a campaign reduces their own fee. Under an all-in fixed price, the question to ask is different: is the advertising inside the price actually being delivered? You should know which way the incentive points before you ask anyone what your budget should be.

Who should own the Google Ads account?

If owning the account and seeing every setting matters to you, buy a model that gives you that: a percentage or a flat management fee on an account in your own name. Our Ads Set does not. The campaign is set up and run on our side, you do not get access to the settings, and you receive a monthly report instead. What stays with you if you stop is your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your listings, not the ad.

Can any agency guarantee results?

No. Nobody can promise a position, a number of clicks or a number of customers, because advertising is bought attention rather than a guaranteed outcome. A guarantee is a promise the platform itself does not make.
