Google Ads for restaurants in Dubai, at one fixed monthly price

We checked the websites of 1043 restaurants and cafes in the UAE. At least 190 of them (18%) had set up Google Ads. This page is for restaurant group owners and marketing leads who are deciding whether to advertise on Google. It covers how people look for a restaurant, what Google reads before it shows your ad, and what we charge: one monthly price with the ad spend included.

How people find a restaurant on Google

Most restaurant searches are made on a phone, close to the time of the meal. Someone types "restaurants near me", "brunch JBR" or "private dining Downtown Dubai". They look at the map and scroll through the photos. They open the menu and read some reviews. Then they call, book through a link, send a WhatsApp message or tap for directions.

Much of that decision happens on the Google Maps listing, before anyone opens your website. A Google ad appears in the same place, above or beside the listings. So people read the ad and your profile together.

We took restaurants and cafes listed on Google Maps in the UAE and checked each website for a Google Ads conversion tag (the code that starts with AW-). We also looked inside Google Tag Manager, where many sites keep their tags. 190 of the 1043 websites had one.

How to read this. A tag means the restaurant set up Google Ads tracking at some point. It does not tell us whether a campaign runs today. A restaurant can also advertise without a tag, and our scan would miss it. So read the figure as a floor: at least 18% of these restaurants and cafes use Google Ads. Websites that would not open when we checked are left out of the 1043. The 1043 are restaurants and cafes we selected from Google Maps for our own prospect scan, across the UAE. They are not a survey of the whole industry, and they are not limited to Dubai.

What I see most often

The thing I see most often in Dubai restaurants is ads running on a profile with only a few reviews. The ad sends people to the listing, and the listing has little to show them.

The reviews that are there rarely say what the guest ate, where, or for what occasion. "Great food, nice staff" is kind, but it gives Google's AI almost nothing to match with a search like "brunch JBR" or "late dinner Business Bay". To the AI, the restaurant's information is thin.

That is why I would build the reviews before spending on ads.

Google's AI decides where the ad appears

In a Google Ads campaign today, Google's AI decides much of the placement. It picks the searches the ad shows for and the people who see it. You can read how this works in Google AI campaigns explained and on our AI Max for Search page.

What a restaurant still controls is the information the AI reads. Most of it sits in your Google Business Profile: your cuisine and categories, opening hours, menu, photos and posts. Your reviews and your replies to them are part of the same profile. The page or booking link the ad sends people to matters as well.

  • Hours that are wrong. Someone looking for a late dinner will skip a place that looks closed. Ramadan and public holiday hours change often, and the profile needs to change with them.
  • An old menu. If the profile shows dishes or prices you have dropped, people arrive expecting something else.
  • Reviews with no reply. People read the reviews before they book. A reply shows that someone at the restaurant reads them.
  • Searches that will never book. Searches such as "restaurant jobs Dubai" or "chef vacancy" spend money on people who are not guests. We exclude them after reading the search terms report.

This part of the work is inside every Ads Set as the mirAIreach system. More on the profile itself: Google Business Profile optimisation. How restaurants show up in AI answers: restaurant AI visibility in Dubai.

Who this suits, and who should wait

A restaurant earns less from each guest than a clinic or an estate agency earns from each client. The monthly price stays the same, so the numbers work more easily when a booking is worth more. The Ads Set suits restaurant groups with several venues and higher-spend venues, such as fine dining, brunch venues and places that take private events.

A single small cafe may be better off starting with its reviews and its Google profile. That costs less, and it is the same material an ad would rely on later. Our LocalReach service helps with reviews, and the diagnosis will tell you plainly if we think ads are too early for you.

What we do for a restaurant each month

1
Run the ads

We set up the campaign, write the ads and adjust them each month. The ad spend is inside the price.

2
Keep the profile current

Hours, menu, photos and posts on your Google Business Profile, and drafted replies to your reviews.

3
Count real enquiries

Calls, booking clicks, WhatsApp taps and direction requests, so the AI learns from the people who got in touch.

4
Report in plain numbers

Each month you get one report with impressions, clicks, calls, direction requests and bookings.

What it costs: the Ads Set

From AED 3,500 a month, with the ad spend included. The price follows how often you want the ad shown, and we set it in a 15-minute diagnosis. It is the same monthly price whatever the industry, so a restaurant pays what a clinic or an estate agency pays for the same reach.

No per-click bill, no management fee on top, no setup fee. Every Ads Set includes the mirAIreach system. Minimum term: six months, for the ads and the system together. After that it renews; 30 days' written notice to stop. If you stop, your Google Business Profile and your reviews stay yours.

How this compares with agencies that charge a fee plus your ad spend: flat fee versus percent of spend and Google Ads agency prices compared. The full plan is on the Google AI Ads pricing page.

What we do not promise. We do not promise a position, a number of clicks or a number of bookings. We commit to the work and the monthly report, and we will tell you if the numbers do not justify continuing.

Frequently asked questions

How many restaurants in the UAE already use Google Ads?

In our own scan on 20 September 2026, 190 of 1043 restaurants and cafes in the UAE listed on Google Maps (18%) had a Google Ads conversion tag on their website, counting tags inside Google Tag Manager. A restaurant can advertise without a tag, so read this as at least 18%. The 1043 are a set we selected for our own scan and do not include every restaurant in the country.

Is Google Ads worth it for a single small cafe?

Often it is not. A guest at a small cafe spends little, and the monthly price stays the same. A single small cafe may be better off starting with its reviews and its Google Business Profile. The Ads Set suits restaurant groups and higher-spend venues.

How much does Google Ads cost a restaurant with you?

From AED 3,500 a month with the ad spend included. The price follows how often you want the ad shown, and we set it in a 15-minute diagnosis. A restaurant pays the same as any other business for the same reach. There is no per-click bill, no management fee on top and no setup fee.

How long is the contract?

Six months minimum, for the ads and the mirAIreach system together. After that it renews, and 30 days' written notice stops it. If you stop, your Google Business Profile and your reviews stay yours.

Can you promise more covers?

No. We do not promise a position, a number of clicks or a number of bookings. We commit to a price that does not move and to a report every month, so you can see what the ads returned.
