Google Ads for dental clinics in Dubai, at one fixed monthly price

We checked the websites of 43 dental clinics in the UAE. At least 22 of them (51%) had set up Google Ads. This page is for dental clinic owners in Dubai who are deciding whether to advertise on Google. It covers how patients look for a dentist, what Google reads before it shows your ad, and what we charge: one monthly price with the ad spend included.

How patients find a dentist on Google

Most dental searches start with a need. A tooth hurts tonight. A filling has come out. Someone wants a check-up near the office or wants to ask about implants or clear aligners. They type "dentist near me", "emergency dentist Dubai" or "dental clinic Al Barsha" on a phone.

Then they look at the map, read the reviews and check the opening hours. Many also want to know if the clinic takes their insurance. After that they call, send a WhatsApp message or ask for an appointment. A lot of this happens on the Google Maps listing, before anyone opens your website. A Google ad appears in the same results, so patients read the ad and your profile together.

How many dental clinics already advertise on Google

with the ad spend included, the same for a dental clinic as for any other business

We took dental clinics listed on Google Maps in the UAE and checked each website for a Google Ads conversion tag (the code that starts with AW-). We also looked inside Google Tag Manager, where many sites keep their tags. 22 of the 43 websites had one.

How to read this. A tag means the clinic set up Google Ads tracking at some point. It does not tell us whether a campaign runs today. A clinic can also advertise without a tag, and our scan would miss it. So read the figure as a floor: at least 51% of these clinics use Google Ads. Websites that would not open when we checked had no tag we could look for, so they are left out of the 43. The 43 are clinics we selected from Google Maps for our own prospect scan, across the UAE. They are a small set. They do not include every dental clinic in the country, and they are not limited to Dubai.

Google's AI decides where the ad appears

In a Google Ads campaign today, Google's AI decides much of the placement. It picks the searches the ad shows for and the people who see it. You can read how this works in Google AI campaigns explained and on our AI Max for Search page.

What a clinic still controls is the information the AI reads. Most of it sits in your Google Business Profile: the treatments you list, your opening hours, your photos and your posts. Your reviews and your replies to them are part of the same profile. The page or WhatsApp link the ad sends people to matters as well.

  • Treatments out of date. If the profile lists a treatment you no longer offer, the ad can bring in patients you cannot book.
  • Hours that are wrong. A patient with tooth pain at night will skip a clinic that looks closed.
  • Reviews with no reply. Patients read reviews before they call. A reply shows that someone at the clinic reads them.
  • Searches that will never book. Searches such as "dental assistant jobs" or "dentistry course" spend money on people who are not patients. We exclude them after reading the search terms report.

This part of the work is inside every Ads Set as the mirAIreach system. More on the profile itself: Google Business Profile optimisation.

What the DHA standard says, and where it stops

The DHA publishes Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, code DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21, version 1.1, effective 03/10/2022. We read the primary document in full. Its stated scope is social media advertisements by DHA-licensed health facilities and healthcare professionals (clauses 3.1 and 4.1). Some of its clauses are useful to know when we write ad text for a dental clinic:

  • Clause 6.2 says the title Dr. or Doctor can be used by physicians, dentists and other healthcare professionals with a recognised PhD.
  • Clause 6.6 asks that claims be substantiated, especially about treatment outcomes, and that they include the associated risks.
  • Clause 6.10 asks for documented consent from any patient used in an advertisement. This matters for before-and-after photos.
  • Clause 6.11 lists absolute statements and exaggerated claims that must not be used.
What we are not saying. We do not state that this standard governs your website or your Google Ads. Its written scope is social media. Other rules may apply to those surfaces, and we have not read them against a primary source. None of this is legal advice. Your Medical Director and the DHA are the authority on what your clinic may publish. More on this: Google Ads for clinics in Dubai.

What we do for a dental clinic each month

1
Run the ads

We set up the campaign, write the ads and adjust them each month. The ad spend is inside the price.

2
Keep the profile current

Treatments, hours, photos and posts on your Google Business Profile, and drafted replies to your reviews for you to approve.

3
Count real enquiries

Calls, WhatsApp taps and appointment requests, so the AI learns from the people who got in touch.

4
Report in plain numbers

Each month you see impressions, clicks, calls, direction requests and appointment requests in one report.

What it costs: the Ads Set

From AED 3,500 a month, with the ad spend included. The price follows how often you want the ad shown, and we set it in a 15-minute diagnosis. It is the same monthly price whatever the industry, so a dental clinic pays what a salon or an estate agency pays for the same reach.

No per-click bill, no management fee on top, no setup fee. Every Ads Set includes the mirAIreach system. Minimum term: six months, for the ads and the system together. After that it renews; 30 days' written notice to stop. If you stop, your Google Business Profile and your reviews stay yours.

How this compares with agencies that charge a fee plus your ad spend: flat fee versus percent of spend and Google Ads agency prices compared. The full plan is on the Google AI Ads pricing page.

What we do not promise. We do not promise a position, a number of clicks or a number of patients. We commit to the work and the monthly report, and we will tell you if the numbers do not justify continuing.

Frequently asked questions

How many dental clinics in the UAE already use Google Ads?

In our own scan between 5 and 21 October 2026, 22 of 43 dental clinics in the UAE listed on Google Maps (51%) had a Google Ads conversion tag on their website, counting tags inside Google Tag Manager. A clinic can advertise without a tag, so read this as at least 51%. The 43 are a set we selected for our own scan and do not include every dental clinic in the country.

How much does Google Ads cost a dental clinic with you?

From AED 3,500 a month with the ad spend included. The price follows how often you want the ad shown, and we set it in a 15-minute diagnosis. A dental clinic pays the same as any other business for the same reach. There is no per-click bill, no management fee on top and no setup fee.

How long is the contract?

Six months minimum, for the ads and the mirAIreach system together. After that it renews, and 30 days' written notice stops it. If you stop, your Google Business Profile and your reviews stay yours.

Do the DHA advertising rules apply to Google Ads?

The DHA standard we have read in full, Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media (DHA/HRS/HPSD/ST-21, version 1.1, effective 03/10/2022), states its own scope as social media advertisements by DHA-licensed facilities and professionals, in clauses 3.1 and 4.1. We do not state that it governs Google Ads or website copy. Other instruments may apply to those surfaces, and we have not read those against a primary source. This is not legal advice. Your Medical Director and the DHA are the authority.

Why do you look after my Google profile as well as the ads?

Google's AI reads your Google Business Profile when it decides where to show the ad, and people who click the ad see the same profile. If your treatments, hours or photos are out of date, the ad brings people to a listing that does not match your clinic. The mirAIreach system in every Ads Set keeps the profile current and drafts replies to your reviews for you to approve.

Can you promise more patients?

No. We do not promise a position, a number of clicks or a number of patients. We commit to a price that does not move and to a report every month, so you can see what the ads returned.
